Baby Got Back!

I like big buts and this classic ;-)
YEAH!

Found this outside my work this morning.. I am thinking three options:
(yes it is a stick with yellow feathers!)

  1. Cleaning lady turned Diva..
  2. A Carneval, circus or tivoli passed by during the night..
  3. I have no third option..
